The constant sickening insomnia, the uncomfortable headaches..
I went to see the doctor about it, the cavalier attitude didn't exactly help my situation..he told me to go to bed even earlier, and to get a hobby.
something to occuoy my time, and hopefully something to procure my body into actually WANTING to sleep.
Nevertheless, I told him I was in pain. He took no heed to this, so I was left to battle it on my own.
